Overpriced for what you get and how you're treated Negative: Was a rough and loud neighborhood despite what the photos might show (hence the exclusion of the surrounding areas). Heard scratching sounds from bathtub drain at night from what we could safely assume were rats. Light mold found in washing machine, and insensitive host considering they couldn't accommodate one extra hour for checkout even with the area being in a tornado warning and state of emergency. With the lengthy list of check out instructions, you wouldn't think they'd even need all the extra time for a cleaner when they tell you to do most of their job. I understand having a business to run but in what could be a life or death situation it comes off extremely insensitive.
